Meet Our Founder

Bill Fagan, Founder & CEO

Bill Fagan is the Founder and CEO of Revenue Ally, partnering with organizations to unlock sustainable revenue growth and build high-performing teams. Bill brings decades of executive experience leading and scaling businesses across sports, entertainment, and media.

Most recently, Bill served as President of Business Operations for Rock Entertainment Group, where he oversaw marketing, communications, business intelligence, social impact and equity, and commercial operations for a dynamic portfolio that included the Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Monsters, and Cleveland Charge. While President, the Cavaliers received the NBA’s prestigious Team of the Year award for 2025, and the Cavaliers, Monsters, and Charge each set all-time revenue records in both ticket sales and corporate partnerships.

Previously, as President and CEO of Playfly Aspire, Bill helped generate more than $1.5 billion in revenue, led 15 consecutive years of profitability, and grew the organization to serve over 300 clients across 11 countries.

Bill is known for developing people and building teams that consistently outperform expectations. Before launching Revenue Ally, he held senior leadership roles with the Phoenix Suns, Charlotte Bobcats, and Moncton Wildcats, and was recognized as a Sports Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree. Today, he serves as a trusted advisor to leaders who want measurable growth, stronger cultures, and lasting impact.
